We do not accept returns on personalised items under any circumstances. We advise that you check your order carefully before confirming as once your order has been processed we cannot guarantee we will be able to change to this as your order may already be in production. 

We will only exchange items due to our own error or fault. 

Once order has been received you will have 7 days to raise any queries.
